Brain Fog
BRAIN FOG: Confusion, Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Brain not as Sharp as Usual, Senior Moments.
We are using that well-known phrase, Brain Fog, to cover a wide range of experiences that just about everyone has. From occasional confusion or having a senior moment, all the way to Alzheimer’s or Dementia. Naturally, this can seriously impact your everyday life because it affects the things you like to do and your overall quality of life.
There are many reasons why we experience Brain Fog and a wide range of options that can help address the cause of the Brain Fog itself. Maybe you have tried some of those other options already, but have you tried Oxygen Therapy?
We offer Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (which we usually abbreviate to Oxygen Therapy). One of the main benefits can be a reduction in Brain Fog or, put another way, an improvement in how our brain works. There are other benefits too, including less pain and more energy. Here at our Oxygen Therapy centre in Letchworth, we have seen people with Brain Fog caused by a wide range of conditions. Many of them have felt less Brain Fog by doing Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. Sometimes the improvements have been dramatic and long lasting.
You are welcome to come to find out if Oxygen Therapy can help you. Extra oxygen often seems to help the brain work better. Oxygen Therapy is not like a prescription drug with the inevitable side effects. Oxygen Therapy is reassuringly natural. It is just more oxygen than usual, meaning no side effects.
Try Oxygen Therapy
You can book a free trial session NOW. It’s a great way to find out what Oxygen Therapy is like. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy does not fix everything for everyone. But it does work for large numbers of people and for a wide range of conditions. Maybe it will help you? You can only find out by trying it. Start by booking the free trial session by clicking here or by calling us on 07517 064495.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is provided inside a gently pressurised oxygen chamber, click here to see the pictures/video of our chamber in operation. Each session is one hour at the right pressure for that day plus 10 to 15 minutes to pressurise it and the same at the end of the session to depressurise it. So it can be up to 90 minutes. We operate at a maximum pressure that is one extra atmosphere of pressure, which is the same pressure that a diver experiences when they dive 33 feet or 10 meters. That’s not a very deep dive and illustrates that the pressure we operate at is gentle. Yet that gentle pressure increases the amount of oxygen people absorb when breathing pure medical-grade oxygen. This gives you the best chance of Oxygen Therapy helping you.

You can search online for “Hyperbaric” and your condition (or symptom). You can also add the word “research” in your search.
Will one session fix me?
Sadly no. It is a slow-moving process. The free trial session is a great way to find out what it is like to breathe pure medical-grade oxygen under gentle pressure. But one session will not fix anything. However, once you have done the free trial you will be well placed to decide whether you want to do the programme of 20 sessions. After those 20 sessions, you can decide if you feel the need to continue or not. It is up to you. You need to fit in those 20 sessions in as close to five weeks as you can manage. That way, you get the best results from the cumulative effect of the 20 sessions in a short period of time. Clearly this can be difficult to fit in but is important to give you the best chance of Oxygen Therapy helping you.
What does it cost?
Each session costs £31, so the 20 sessions make £620. You can contact us to book your 20 sessions and make your payment, via email or by calling us on 01462 684214.
You are in good hands!
Our charity has been providing Oxygen Therapy for over 34 years. In Hertfordshire, we have the only oxygen chamber that takes more than one person. It can take seven people at a time. As a charity our fully trained team involves a mixture of paid staff and volunteers. Some of our volunteers are also clients who do Oxygen Therapy with us.
It’s good to talk: In fact, we love to talk! So if you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
