16 Jun Euro 2016 and Oxygen therapy
You may be forgiven for thinking “What does Oxygen Therapy have to do with football?”. Well! In yesterday’s Times (15/6/2016) an article by Gary Jacob in ‘The Game’ describes how Joe Ledley, one of the Wales team, used an Oxygen chamber twice daily to aid his recovery from a fractured leg. Just five weeks after breaking his leg during a match he was back in the Wales team that won their opening match with Slovakia in the Euro 2016 tournament. Of course the recovery was not all down to the Oxygen, lots of hard work with the physio and positive thinking all played their part in this remarkable achievement.
If you think that Oxygen Therapy or physio can help you, why not come along to our next Open Day on Saturday 30th July and talk to our team.
