Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy involves breathing pure oxygen under gentle pressure. It is also known as HBOT.
Some people find that Oxygen Therapy helps to:
In a clinical trial, in Israel, 48 people with Fibromyalgia completed two months of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. Every one of those 48 people experienced an improvement in their Fibromyalgia. (Source: Rice University, 2015)
Researcher Ben-Jacob said: “The results are of significant importance since, unlike the current treatments offered for fibromyalgia patients, HBOT is not aiming for just symptomatic improvement. HBOT is aiming for the actual cause.”
Sharon H has ME. She said: “I’ve been going to the Oxygen Treatment Service in Letchworth for over a year,” Sharon adds. “The day after my treatment I feel so much better. My head’s clearer, I’m walking faster and I can think more clearly. Plus – I’ve met some great people. Oxygen treatment has worked wonders for my ME and my social life!”

Brian H has had extreme pain long term. He had APS Pain Reduction Therapy with us in Letchworth. He said: “I did the six week Pain Reduction Programme. It worked well for me.
