Matwork Pilates at HMSTC, Letchworth
Our Pilates Classes involve carefully designed and expertly supervised exercises based on the floor. We use gravity and your own body to provide the resistance you need to develop your flexibility and strength. We don’t use any machines at all and everything is slow and gentle.
Give it a go!
As demand increases, we’ll add more sessions to our programme of Pilates sessions. To find out more about our classes – and to join in – call Claire on 01462 684 214 or email email@example.com.
