Many people with long term conditions experience exhaustion and pain. Let’s fight it!
We’re the Herts MS Therapy Centre. However, we welcome people with any neurological or long term condition. For example, many people visit us who have Fibromyalgia, CFS/ME, Cancer, Leg Ulcers, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Diabetes, MS and other conditions.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy which helps some people recover faster after injury, surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. It’s also great for increasing energy. Some people find it reduces pain, especially people with Fibromyalgia. On 29 th July you can see Oxygen Therapy in action – plus try it for free!
APS Pain Reduction Therapy (Action Potential Simulation) is an effective, drug free treatment for less pain, more energy and faster healing. Research has found a beneficial result in around 80% of people. Come for a free test session.
Functional Rehabilitation exercise and fitness training helps people address the physical challenges of their medical conditions.

Fibromyalgia Association UK is a registered charity run primarily by unpaid volunteers. The majority of volunteers are also fibromyalgia sufferers who work extremely hard, despite their condition, in order to forward the cause of fibromyalgia. FMA UK was established in order to provide information and support to sufferers and their families. In addition, the Association provides medical information for professionals and operates a national helpline.
The British Polio Fellowship is a charity dedicated to helping, supporting and empowering approximately 120,000 people in the UK living with the late effects of Polio and Post Polio Syndrome (PPS), a neurological condition. It provides information, welfare and support to those living with the effects to enable all to live full independent and integrated lives.
Peak Personal Cooling is a company that was started to help people with Multiple Sclerosis cope with the problem of heat intolerance and the pain/cognitive interference that goes with it. Customers include people with the symptoms of Fibromyalgia, Lupus and hot flushes to name a few. However, their focus remains MS related heat intolerance as that’s where it all began.
